Present: Donald LaBarge, Roger Grace, Ed Barker, Michael Harmych, Candace Randall

Absent: None

Guest: Sherry Harmych

Call to order at 7:00 PM        

MEETING MINUTES: No previous meeting to review minutes presented/available

OLD BUSINESS:  None

NEW BUSINESS: 

• Presentation by Debbie and Mark Vaughn concerning interest in building diner across road on Marriott land (to be purchased)

  • Gave SEQR and application to Debbie to fill out and bring back

  • Only general discussion on ideas that she has- no firm plans; she has spoken to Codes and believes there is enough room for all required items and has agreement with Sno-Pals to move trail if necessary

  • The clock has not started to run on this project- Board did not accepted any documentation from Debbie

• Subdivision/Resubdivision – James Mallan did not attend- no materials given to Board

  • Clock has not started on his request

• Chairman of Board – nomination of Donald LaBarge by Michael, seconded by Candace

  •  All in favor of appointment

  • Candace agreed to ferry any documentation for the County when necessary or required by the Baord

The meeting Adjourned at 7:26pm (Roger made motion, seconded by Donald, all in favor)
