Town of Pinckney Planning Board
June 10, 2013
This meeting was called to order by Janice Hodkinson,
chairperson at 7:00 PM
The following people were in attendance: Janice
Hodkinson, Dan Pearson Jr, Bob Fuller, Rodger Grace, Bob
Amidon, Sherry Harmych, Phil Street and Jennifer Harville.
The purpose of this meeting was for Phil and Jennifer from
the Tug Hill Commission to explain what the Special Areas
Map in Pinckney consists of. We were told some areas have
protected vegetation or birds nesting areas. These will
have to be addressed on our SEQR forms.
After much discussion it was agreed that the Town Board
should review this map.
At this point we will need further clarification of what is
protected on individual parcels so we would be able to
address them should they come in front of the Planning
Board.
This meeting concluded at 7:50 PM.
