Town of Pinckney Planning Board
Minutes
This meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM by Chairperson Janice Hodkinson.
The following people were in attendance Rodger Grace, Bob Fuller, Dan Pearson Jr.,
Duane Rowland and Sherry Harmych.
The first order of business was to review the Special Areas Map produced by the
Tug Hill Commission for the Town of Pinckney. After a discussion it was requested that
Sherry set up a meeting of the Planning Board and Phil Street to explain this map in more
detail.
The purpose of this meeting was to determine if Duane Rowland had filed his
minor subdivision final plat map. Upon reviewing his paperwork from our end he had
indeed filed this map on 06-18-2007. The reason he was inquiring is he is going to put
this property up for sale and his Realtor wanted verification.
The next order of business was to set a monthly date and time for the Planning
Board to meet if needed. It was decided to meet the second Monday of each month. this
information will be added to the Town's website along with our minutes.
Bob Fuller made the motion with Dan Pearson Jr. seconding it to adjourn. this
meeting ending at 7:35 PM
