Commission
At six
o’clock PM the public hearing in regards to the 2016 town budget was called to
order. Discussion ensued; it was stated that Lewis County has finished their
budget and will be voting on it on the 19th of this month. Don Cook
mentioned that the snow plowing contracts would come to the town after that
voting day.
The town of Pinckney is in need of a Planning Board member, possibly a
Dog Control Officer, and a ZBA member.
There were no changes to the budget
since the last budget meeting. Finally, there was no comment on the budget and
with the majority of councilmen absent, the regular board meeting was
rescheduled to next week on Monday, November 16th at 6pm and the
voting will take place then.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10pm.
